Shipping policy
At aigo we are committed to having your order fulfilled in the quickest time possible. If you place your order on Monday-Friday, no later than 12 pm CST, your order should ship that same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. Example: If you order a product on Friday after 12 pm CST or over the weekend, we will do our best to ship your order on that following Monday; Tuesday at the latest.
Holidays, like Labor Day and Black Friday, can also extend shipping fulfillment by a day or two due to high volume.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Please refer to the carrier's calendar for holiday service schedules.
Free shipping and 5-day shipping typically deliver within 5-6 business days via USPS. Faster shipping methods are available, but they are restricted to delivery on business days.

The best carrier is chosen based on package size and deliver time. Shipping is subject to normal carrier restrictions and delays. Any and all carrier shipping delays are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of aigo.
